Ayomide Bakare Iyanuoluwa (born 4 January 2003 ) professionally known as Ayox , is a Nigerian Singer and Songwriter . He recorded his first song in when he was 12 buh He initially gained Recognition in 2021 with his song "PRAY FOR ME " which he released in September 2021 . This was followed up with "Comfort Zone " in April 2022.
Ayox began his career professionally in 2018 with the release of his song "FIFEHANMI ". His sophomore single "AJE" released on June 24, 2020, with a music video. In September 2021, his single "Oghenedo" released, followed by “ PRAY FOR ME “ which further increased his audience. The song's Remix , "PRAY FOR ME " was released in October , and received a remix with fellow African artist Otega.
His biggest Recognition came on 27th of January after he Posted a cover he made to PEOPLE by Cameroon artist Libianca.This short Cover video had over 2.3Million views on his Instagram page and was liked by Superstars like Chrisbrown, Maleek Berry, Ceeza Milli, Special Spesh, Bankulli and so many Prominent people in the music industry.
Ayox’s music is a blend of High life, Afrobeat , Fuji, Hiphop but specifically Rnb & Souls. He has stated his musical influences are Singers Olamide , Burna Boy, Fireboy, jahmiel, Justine Bieber , Giveon and Evergreen highlife artists Beautiful Nubia, Orlando Owoh, King Sunny Ade and so many others.
